iOS 16 – New Features

iPhone user is about to receive a new update this week. And it’s going to transform your experience of using the iphone forever. Here are all the iOS 16 9 latest features that will change everything:

Lift subject from the background

You can now easily lift the subject from an image by removing the background. Open a picture and long tap on the main subject. A popup will appear, and you can click “Copy”. You can now paste the image elsewhere.

Edit a message you have just sent or unsend a recently sent message

Long tap on the message you’ve just sent to any user. From there, you can select “Undo Send” or “Edit”. This is a nice feature to revoke the message sent by mistake.

Schedule emails to be sent whenever you like

While sending a mail you can tap and hold the send button and decide when to send the mail. This feature was already available on Android phones and it is also available on Gmail by Google. But this is new for iPhone and really it’s a nice one.

Get reminders to follow up to a mail

Simply swipe the mail you’ve received earlier and click on the “Remind Me” button and set the time whenever you want. This will help you to work professionally.

Unsend an email you just sent by mistake

When you’ve sent a mail you’ll now get an “Undo Send” button at the bottom of your inbox to revoke the email sent by mistake. This feature is really nice for the user who is hurry and sent a wrong email by mistake.

New lock screen

iPhone users received a totally new lock screen in iOS 16.

Steps to set up your new lock screen:

1. Long Tap on the lock screen. Then click Customise.
2. Click the image button in the bottom left corner to select your photos
3. Swipe right and left to change the style
4. Click on the clock to change font-style

Add Widgets on the lock screen

Enable different widgets on your lock screen: 1

1. 1. Long Tap on the lock screen and then click on Customise button
2. Click on “Add widgets” and select the widgets you want to add on the Homescreen
3. You can also change the widget but you have to remove the already added widget first. To remove tap on the widget upper left corner.

Change your Lock Screen relied on focus

Anyone can change their lock screen with background and widgets based on the focus.

Set it up by going to Settings > [Your focus] > Customize screens and create a new Lock screen based on focus.

Focus Filters

You can customize how your iPhone apps and your device behave when a specific focus is set. For example, you will get the notification of people you’ve allowed from them when you’re working.
